1. Introduction
Welcome to Trenit! (“Service”), available via the “Trenit“ mobile app and/or
“trenit.app” and/or “altavelocita.it”.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service
Trenit is an information and comparison service that allows users to:
- search and compare train travel solutions;
- display real time information about the trains;
- display information about train strikes;
- access links or redirects to third-party train operators and ticketing platforms.
We do not sell tickets directly, process payments, or manage bookings.
4. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links
The Service includes links and redirects to third-party services, including train operators
such as:
- Trenitalia S.p.A.
- Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A.
When you follow a link and use a third-party service:
- a separate contract is formed between you and that third party;
- their terms and privacy policies apply;
- we are not responsible for their services, pricing, availability, or data processing.
5. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Tranìt! trademarks and software are owned by GoBright Media Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without
prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Service;
- attempt to interfere with its operation or security;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Service is provided “as is”;
- we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses;
- train-related information is provided by the relevant train companies and does not depend on us;
- we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services accessed via the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

accordance with:

When using third-party train operators, their privacy policies apply:
When you proceed to purchase a ticket, you are redirected to the website of the train operator. Any personal data entered during the checkout process (such as name, email, and payment details) is collected directly by them for the purpose of issuing your travel title and fulfilling the transport contract.
The contract of carriage is concluded directly between the passenger and the train operator.
Go Bright Media provides 'First Level' assistance related to the app/website redirecting to the train operator website. For 'Second Level' assistance, including refunds, complaints regarding the transport service, or ticket changes, users must contact the train operator directly through their official channels.
20. Cookies Policy
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: required for basic website functionality.
- Analytics Cookies: used to understand how users interact with the Service (aggregated and anonymised where possible).
- Functional Cookies: enable optional features such as remembering preferences.
